If you’ve come across this testimonial, you’re lucky enough to be thinking about working with Catherine. I’ve worked (locumed) with Catherine over a 16 year period and she is definitely one that stands out from the crowd. Catherine is always friendly, caring, hard-working and knows her stuff. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
— Dr Elizabeth Harris

I have worked with Catherine for a few years now. Catherine has consistently delivered on what we have requested of her. She has strong attention to detail, keeps me up to date with information regarding changes that impact our doctors coming into NZ, does what she says she will do and instills trust with those she engages with. Catherine has been working in this industry for a long time and this is reflected in her knowledge and outcomes. You will definitely be in a safe pair of hands with your recruitment and placement needs.
— Andrew Lesperance, Chief Executive Officer, Hastings Health Centree

We mainly worked with Catherine in the early months of 2020 as we were preparing to move from the UK to New Zealand to take up house officer positions at Timaru Hospital in the South Island. Catherine was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She explained the whole process to us in a clear, easy-to-understand way, and guided us through every stage. She went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that the whole experience was as smooth as it could be, and maintained a friendly and supportive approach. Our plans were thrown upside down when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, but Catherine a remained calm and reassuring presence throughout. She managed to work with us to adapt our plans, and it meant that we arrived in time for our contract start date in spite of a UK and New Zealand lockdown, plus 3 cancelled flights. We can honestly say that we wouldn’t have made it to New Zealand during the pandemic without Catherine’s help. She provides a calm, kind and professional service through a process that would otherwise be at least twice as stressful without her. We can’t recommend Catherine enough!
— Drs Isabel and Harry

Catherine has been excellent from day one and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She takes the stress out of the recruitment process and keeps you informed and up to date at all times.

The service and support we have received from Catherine has been exceptional and I would recommend her without hesitation.
— Penny Barlow, Resident Medical Officer Manager, South Canterbury DHB

Catherine was instrumental in my move to New Zealand during a pandemic in which only Essential Workers were welcome. 2 other prominent agencies had washed their hands of me as soon as I was unable (at that time) to commit to more than 6 months’ work, but Catherine took me on. Her guidance and knowledge of the medical council requirements was very much needed.

In addition, my exclusive locum tenens work since postgraduate qualification in 2016 meant that gathering the relevant evidence and satisfying Medical Council conditions was that much more arduous. It would be safe to say that I presented a unique and unprecedented challenge in my onboarding to New Zealand General Practice. For someone to take that much care and personal interest, with many phone calls and guidance all the way for just a short contract, I have no doubt that Catherine would go the extra mile for each individual applicant.

Catherine has been an agent but is also now a close friend, and I especially admire the personal touch in what would otherwise be a stressful process.
